RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Rue Broca Perfumes USA. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation

We are happy to cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail (onlineshopusa@ruebrocaparfums.com.) or telephone +1 (346) 210-7426 (Monday - Friday: 10:30am - 5:00pm) clearly stating your order number & your reason(s) for wanting to cancel your purchase. This only applies to orders that have not yet been dispatched.  

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return your order to us following our Returns Policy below. 

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at onlineshopusa@ruebrocaparfums.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will receive a full refund minus any shipping costs.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made on our part.

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (e.g., skincare and beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

To ensure you receive what you want quickly, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, returned, or unclaimed parcels unless an error was made on our part.

NON-REFUNDABLE GOODS

Due to health and hygiene reasons, skincare and healthcare items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
